We have 2 solutions for you, one is with hardware while another is without hardware.
The hardware solution – You will need a iPad, Android tablet, iPhone or Android phone to run POKET Business app so that you can perform many functions e.g. issue cards/vouchers, redeem vouchers, issue points, deduct or top up stored value card.
Non-hardware solution – We call it SRO, means Scan Receipts Operation. Basically you just need your customers to download POKET Rewards app and scan the receipt, then we will process it and issue points for your customers. They can also easily redeem the voucher on the POKET Rewards app.
