Poket comes in two types of solutions – one with hardware, the other without.

The hardware solution requires your business to have an iPad, Android tablet, iPhone or Android phone, computer (coming soon) to run Poket’s merchant application so that you can physically perform many functions (e.g. issue cards/vouchers, redeem vouchers, issue points, deduct or top up stored value card) for your customers.

The non-hardware solution, also known as the Scan Receipts Operation (SRO) will require your customers to take a photograph of their receipts with the Poket app in order to record their transactions. They may still redeem vouchers and other rewards you issue directly. This is currently available in Singapore only.
