There are two possible reasons why your premium plan might have been canceled:
1. The auto-renewal for your premium plan was turned off.
2. Our billing system was unable to charge your credit card for the renewal.
If our billing system was previously unable to charge your credit card, we recommend that you update your payment details before attempting to upgrade again.
